Concert

On Valentine's Day, Tyler surprised me with tickets to a Blake Shelton concert. I was so excited to go, and the concert did not disappoint. It was awesome!

Dia Frampton opened the show. She's from Blake's team last year on The Voice. And yes, she was barefoot on stage the whole time. Her performance was pretty good.

Justin Moore was next - we loved his backdrop. The "oo's" in his last name are the end of a double barrel shotgun.

Blake came out to a Miranda Lambert (his wife) song, and it seriously sounded like she was singing. Awesome start to the concert.

He sang a lot of his new songs, and a lot of his older ones, too. He sang a couple of songs just him and his guitar.

Halfway through the concert, he started talking about The Voice, and singing songs from the other artists on the show. Then he started singing Miranda's latest song, but stopped after a few notes and said, "It's too high! Can we bring it down? Well, you know what would be better?" And she walked out and performed that song (Baggage Claim)! That was a fun surprise.

All in all, it was a fun concert. Loud, of course, but fun. And thanks to our awesome friends who came over to watch our kids!

Thanks Tyler for a nice Valentine's Day/Anniversary surprise. :)
