We have two close families that are both moving away this month. SAD!
So we had a little beach party barbecue to get together one last time.
It was a little chilly, but the boys couldn't stay out of the water.
Good thing there was a fire to warm them up when they got out!
The tide was really high, but these four braved the water and conquered the dock!
Devon wanted in on the action, too. I really think he would have walked all the way out there by himself. Good thing Kaden was there to help him!
Later, Devon found a plastic spoon on the beach. At first, he was just digging in the sand with it. That's fine. Then, he walked into the water and was scooping water with it. Also, fine. BUT, then he started drinking the salt water! Ick! He didn't do that too many times before he moved on to something else. :)
The people that live near the beach leave their boats sitting above the tide level in the summer, so Clayton and Devon had fun pretending.
All the Moms. What a fun group of ladies! I'm going to miss the two that are moving!!
