We went with some friends to the beach today. The weather was cool and cloudy this morning, but it ended up being a beautiful day. We are all a little pink from the sun, but it was well worth it!
Devon had so much fun. He fell asleep on the 30 minute drive home, and then slept for another hour. Poor kid hasn't been feeling well the last few days, so that didn't help. But he had a great time digging in the sand, throwing rocks in the water, and splashing (just a tiny bit) in the waves. He didn't really get in the water today.
Jaren and Clayton are out in the water on the left of this shot. The tide came in pretty quickly and Kaden got some snorkeling in. Still a bit chilly, but since this beach is so shallow, it is much warmer than the lakes and rivers this time of year. It was perfect weather for a beach day!
