Christmas Day

Santa came to Grandma and Grandpa's house this year. Many people tried to convince the boys that if they didn't leave a note at our house (which we forgot to do) that Santa wouldn't know where we were, and wouldn't leave them any presents. They didn't believe it for a second!

It sure didn't take Clayton long to finish off the very small amount of candy in his stocking!

We let the boys open one gift before church - new ties, socks and sunglasses. Exciting, right?!

All ready for church. It was nice to go on Christmas Day this year. It helped me to remember the Savior and feel the Spirit more.

These are the ONE things that they boys were bent on getting for Christmas. They saw them in a Cabela's catalog back in October and then asked me every. single. day. "When are our trucks coming, Mom?" "Did you order our trucks yet?"

Somehow I managed. Because after shaking their presents, they thought a gun was inside. You're a little young yet, for that kind of present. :)

It was fun being with family this year. Being at home with just us last year was nice and quiet, but I'm really glad we got to go and spend it with cousins and parents and siblings. The boys had so much fun being with their cousins and it was great to see them make friendships with each other.

Nicole, I love your hair and cut. I'm hoping Jilly will have hair like yours one day, she certainly isn't going to have hair like her moms!
