Mr Personality turned FOUR!
Seriously, this kid.
Campfire Birthday Cake
Later we made a real fire, roasted s'mores and enjoyed the beautiful weather after two weeks of (almost) constant rain.
For the cake, I used chocolate frosting, crushed oreos, chocolate rocks, the red burnt peanuts, fun size twix bars, and melted some jolly ranchers to make flames. He loved it!
Happy birthday Clayton!!

the cake turned out awesome! What did you melt the jolly ranchers in?
Love, love the cake! Wish we were there.
Brittany,
I coated tinfoil with non-stick cooking spray and laid the crushed jolly ranchers to look like a flame. Melt at 350' until the edges start to bubble. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before you remove them.
Gordon thinks this cake is awesome. He says he wants to see Clayton open one of his presents. ;)
AWESOME cake!
