As I'm sure you are aware, the world did not end because we got 12" of snow in a week. Four days off from school (plus weekends. So 9 days), and endless hills to sled on in our neighborhood was like Christmas vacation all over again.
I just wish a 'normal schedule' and 'snow' could exist in the same sentence in Seattle.
I'm not under any illusions that it will ever happen.

The Saturday of the snowy week we drove up to the mountains to go snowshoeing. In the rain. It was mostly awesome. We were soaked, but it wasn't too cold, so we survived.
The three amigos loved throwing snowballs into the river. They even tried making a dam, but you can probably figure how that ended.
Lucky Clayton gets pulled in the sled, while Jaren tries to step on it from behind and lurch the person pulling it. Fun times!

Fun snow pictures! Seems like they should have been taken in Idaho, though.
jer's dad just made an appointment for his surgery in seattle again. we're still debating about going.....
is there still snow around?
At least you got two snowy events in this winter. And if Seattle and snow can't exist in normalcy, at least you'll get several awesome no-school days and 3 very happy boys.
